Refunds & Cancellations

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Because our products are custom and personalized (chip bags, cake toppers, cupcake toppers, labels, etc.), all sales are final once production has started.

  • Orders canceled within 14 days of your event are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping

  • We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incidents once items are handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • You must be available to receive your delivery. We are not responsible for items that are marked as delivered but could not be received due to inaccessibility or missed delivery attempts.

  • If items arrive damaged during shipping, we may issue a partial refund of up to 20% of the item’s cost after review and photo documentation.

Processing Times

  • Please allow up to 21 days for your order: 14 days for design and assembly, plus 7 days for shipping.

  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
