By placing an order with CeeJae’s Exclusive Designs you agree to the following:

Orders & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your order.

  • Full payment is due 14 days prior to shipping.

  • If payment is not received on time, your order may be delayed or canceled without refund.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Orders canceled within 14 of the event are not eligible for a refund.

  • All custom and personalized items (such as chip bags, cake toppers, cupcake toppers, labels, etc.) are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

Processing Times

  • Please allow up to 21 days for your order: 14 days for design and assembly, plus 7 days for shipping.

  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for any delays, accidents, or incidents caused by third-party shipping or delivery services.

  • Once items leave our possession, liability for shipping delays or lost packages rests with the carrier.

  • If items arrive damaged during shipping, we may issue a partial refund of up to 20% of the item’s cost upon review and photo documentation.

  • You must be available to receive your delivery. We are not responsible for items that have been shipped and marked as delivered but could not be received due to inaccessibility or unsuccessful delivery attempts by the carrier.

Product Disclaimer

  • All favors and décor items are handmade/customized and may vary slightly in color, size, or design due to materials and printing processes.

  • Digital colors may look different when printed, depending on screen resolution and printer settings.

Client Responsibilities

  • Please review all personalized information (names, dates, colors, wording, etc.) carefully before approving your design. We are not responsible for errors once a proof has been approved.

  • Ensure adequate time for ordering. We recommend placing orders at least 21 days in advance to avoid rush fees or shipping delays.

Liability

  • In the rare event we cannot fulfill your order due to circumstances beyond our control, our liability is limited to compensation at our discretion, which may include a refund of what you have paid or a partial refund of up to 20% of the order value.

Photos & Marketing

  • We may take photos of finished products for our portfolio and marketing. If you prefer we do not, please notify us in writing before production begins.

Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, carrier issues, or other events outside of our control.

·       No physical items will be shipped.

Refunds & Cancellations

·       Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

·       We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital downloads once the file has been sent or accessed.

Licensing & Usage

·       Digital products are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

·       You may not resell, share, distribute, or reproduce our digital files for commercial purposes.

·       Custom digital designs are created specifically for you and may not be altered for resale.

File Access & Responsibility

·       It is your responsibility to download and save digital products after purchase.

·       We are not responsible for lost files due to device failure, accidental deletion, or non-backup. Replacement files may be re-sent at our discretion.

·       Please ensure you have the proper software to open and use the file format (e.g., PDF, PNG, JPG).

Delivery Issues

·       If you do not receive your digital file within the stated timeframe, please contact us at Ceejaesexclusivedesigns@gmail.com with your order details so we can assist you.
